Ramesh Srinivasan

Ramesh Srinivasan is VP of Sales at CIQ, where he leads the company's global sales organization and drives enterprise adoption of Rocky Linux, Fuzzball, and CIQ's modern infrastructure portfolio. He brings more than twenty years at the intersection of open source and the enterprise — a career spent helping engineering and business leaders turn community-driven innovation into the platforms their organizations run on every day.

The bulk of those years were at Oracle, where he built and led the company's first global open-source sales organization and later ran enterprise sales for Oracle Linux, virtualization, and cloud across North America. More recently, he co-founded a revenue advisory practice working with early-stage open-source, cybersecurity, and data-infrastructure companies on go-to-market strategy. Throughout his career, Ramesh has been as committed to building teams as to building pipeline — known for hiring carefully, coaching directly, and giving his people the autonomy to stay close to the customer.
