Michelle Novicio

Michelle Novicio is the Director of Operations at CIQ and Chair of the firm's AI Committee, where she leads AI strategy across the organization. She builds and designs full-stack internal applications, bringing an engineering approach to operations leadership.

Before CIQ, Michelle worked in finance at BDT & MSD, the merchant bank formed by the merger of BDT and MSD Partners. Her work has otherwise been in tech, where she has led operations for five billionaire founders in Silicon Valley and New York. Earlier in her career, Michelle was part of the founding team at a technology startup that grew to over 1,100 employees globally and was later acquired.
