Marlin Prager

Marlin Prager is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Miris and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of CIQ. Marlin brings over two decades of executive leadership experience across entertainment, technology, and high-growth startups.

Prior to Miris, Marlin served as the CFO of Legendary Entertainment, a leading media company in film, television, and comics, and later as CFO of OpenDrives. Throughout his career, Marlin has played a key role in building successful organizations and guiding them through critical growth stages. He also brings extensive transaction expertise, with over $10 billion in M&A, equity, and debt transactions, and multiple successful exits — including the sale of Legendary Entertainment.
