Chris Baek is the Vice President of Operations at CIQ, leading the Program Management Office, Data & Analytics, AI initiatives, and Revenue Operations. With over 15 years of experience spanning operations, program management, and product leadership, Chris has a strong track record of guiding cross-functional teams and executing complex, high-impact initiatives across the tech and enterprise landscape.

Before joining CIQ, Chris held key roles at Apple, Bowers & Wilkins, Zebra Technologies, and the San Francisco 49ers. His accomplishments include leading product teams at Apple, launching an innovative line of wireless audio products at Bowers & Wilkins, and opening Levi’s Stadium—implementing the operational technology infrastructure for a world-class venue. This blend of consumer electronics, enterprise systems, and large-scale program delivery defines his multidisciplinary leadership approach.
