Adam Jackson is a solicitor and barrister of the High Court of New Zealand with 22+ years of legal experience advising at the intersection of corporate law, commerce, and complex transactions.
A seasoned corporate and commercial lawyer, Adam brings a rare combination of legal expertise and hands-on management experience across an exceptionally broad range of industries: from F1 motorsport and large-scale entertainment productions to private equity, Islamic finance, and emerging technology. His transactional work spans capital raisings, structured finance, mergers and acquisitions, NASDAQ reverse mergers, mutual fund establishment, commercial property development, healthcare, hospitality, artist management, asset protection, succession planning, and debt restructuring.
Throughout his career, Adam has advised senior government officials and high-net-worth individuals on some of their most significant transactions and strategic decisions. Beyond his commercial practice, he has contributed meaningfully to the charitable sector, serving as a Board Member of the Cholmondeley Children's Home Trust, New Zealand. His professional excellence has been formally recognised by the UAE Government, which awarded him its Silver Medal for Excellence.
Adam has been a fixture of the Middle East's legal and business landscape since 2007, having built deep experience and connections across both private and public sector engagements in the region including serving as General Counsel for the Minister of Interior 2007 - 2014 (Abu Dhabi) and more recently as Secretary General of FII 2022-2023 (Riyadh).
