that little goodie very exciting Community is fun it really is you know what I mean like when people get together and do fun stuff and are excited like so many people just are excited and grateful about Rocky Linux and it's just really cool to be a part of that um so Colin I know you've been here like many times but maybe introduce yourself for those of no uh hello world I'm callin Vander Smith and I guess for all intensive purposes I'm the head of cloud at ciq and uh we're having a banner year and a lot of fun um so I was happy to share

out last night because we've been looking through uh not just sales and like the things you have to do as a company but you know as an infrastructure you know engineer by kind of my background uh I always just look at what's turning on blinking lights in cold dark rooms and data centers around the planet and the easiest number I can come out with is when we look at the usage reports so not just like how much revenue or how many you know private offers through marketplaces and things like that but just what does enduser consumption look like and ciq solutions are up 500% year-over-year

like that's crazy exciting okay is crazy so I mean where there was one there is now five servers running where there is you know one container there's five containers or more or bigger clusters or whatever it might be and so you know I think it it's interesting to parallel that as kind of you talked about rose with Rocky linux's growth because if you overlap both the rocky Linux eple chart and then our Cloud growth chart it's a steep steep hockey stick and um I think that's evident of a lot of the stuff we're going to talk about today when it comes to Cloud optimization right

I mean that's that's the global Trend it's obviously AI is a big part of this as well and we'll talk some of those areas too but um just customers looking to maximize you know both their costs their performance and Security in Cloud environments that's what we do every day that's what we're here for you know so that sounds like super fancy right like I love that word cloud optimize or optimize for the cloud like that sounds really good but like I mean obviously not to get into like the technical details but like what is it to be Cloud optimized what does that even mean I

mean if we put it in if we break it down into like more simple forms right like think of it you know like like obviously the migration term was you know Paramount you know over the past couple of years and that trend line is still you know we're still very much in the early days of recognizing all the data and applications that can and should probably move uh to the cloud but in the way that we look at is is kind of very very simple um most things that have already moved let's say a year ago two three or four or longer right um they

the application or or database or whatever it might be in most cases when it moved at that time has not been Revisited uh to make sure that it is utilizing the latest Technologies the latest compute environments those types of things and so it's kind of like you know moving out of your house into someone's Hotel a little bit and then realizing that you moved in really early and you didn't get all the latest benefits and all the latest you know Acra Mons if you will and so a part of a big part of why a lot of customers have moved over that we've seen it's

a recognizable pattern is revisiting those and making sure that you know they're not overpaying for subpar services or that they're getting kind of Maximum throughput for the things that they are spending money for and um you know that can be you know kind of like I said like changing rooms A little bit so they're on 16 core machine let's run them on 32 if it makes sense or let's move from you know uh traditional VMS over to Containers uh there's a lot of different ways to look at that depending on what the use case is and um it's really specific to the workload uh not

really specific to the customer but there's very recognizable patterns that we've seen you know a lot of different Industries you know Zan obviously we're just talking with about healthc care earlier this morning uh very unique demands and needs there and a lot of Legacy applications that very much need to be brought into the modern era uh not just from an infrastructure perspective but at the application Level itself right like the traditional way of doing things now with these new opportunities it's not going to stay the same yeah there's a lot different ways that people talk about optimized I think I think unfortunately I think a

lot of isv say optimize and it means it just works like it will still still does it mean it's optimized and is it going to run fast not necessarily but it'll run I think the important part that CQ is doing we are actually building things for for SC there okay you have to stop Zane your voice is not optimized home slice I don't know what is going on but like I was I was trying to just listen okay it's do it's like going fast and then slow and then fast and then slow and I'm like okay maybe I'll just try to a chainer hold on

okay good so while you're kind of figuring that out and coming back to your thought hold that thought um Colin what clouds is it sorry again no I said hold that better okay keep keep going keep talking yeah it's not making me it's just not very long okay well then I'll get rid of this one that's really weird anyway sorry bye go ahead R ask your question I was just wondering which clouds is Rocky Linux currently optimized on I know that ciq is doing the work so we'll add the ciq right ciq Rocky Linux which clouds are we optimized on currently so we start first

if we think of like what our Cloud strategy is as well as like mirroring kind of the global Cloud adoption rates so you know regardless of which uh report you look at kind of the priority tiers as far as largest customers deployment and the amount of consumption and revenue and everything else you got Amazon Azure Google and then let's just say everyone else but including or Oracle Cloud infrastructure and a few others there and so our mission is to be everywhere and anywhere that a customer wants to deploy and so we've done that in partnership with uh the rocky Linux Foundation or the RF to

make sure that we have base images available everywhere that's a collaboration right that's part of supporting the community making sure that the right tools and the right services are available regardless of where they want to run then from an optimization standpoint we look at is okay we've got kind of good how do we get to better and how do we get to best and so in the better Dynamic um you know uh both with negotiations that we have with each of the cloud providers what we try and build is essentially a a version of Rocky that is fully optimized to take advantage of both the

compute and networking constructs of that cloud provider's unique infrastructure and so uh that's actually quite a bit of work um there's some areas that we can automate that we've learned as a company that have made us pretty lean and agile example of that uh when we have day one availability for new compute instances which we'll talk about which is coming up at next um but we're able to like move to that very quickly and so today our services are offered uh mostly on on Google Cloud today and I will say in the not too distance future we will have that same parody uh both on

Amazon on Oracle and on Microsoft and others um to get to the best pie as far as like individual workload customizations which pretty much every ENT major Enterprise customer is looking for we actually have those services available on every CL today um and so there's not a place that uh someone can go that they can't find us and there's a lot of good reasons for that um one we do it for at a price point that everybody can afford again that's our automated build process and our ability to customize Rocky Linux the way that the customer needs we can do that very very quickly two

is we provide uh end user premium support backed by 247 slas it's all included in the same package and so whether it's in let's say Health Care Federal u in public sector uh retail Automotive uh energy uh pretty much every major industry we have uh they've deployed and used our services across those Cloud providers and I think what's really unique is when they come to us Zan right and they're like hey I want like for like everywhere like here's my on premise stuff and I've got Investments let's say with Amazon and Google or Amazon and Microsoft Google and Microsoft whoever it might be right and

they need the same exact Landing Zone and so that's what we're really driving towards right now is making that parody available so that they can get the same exact experience regardless of which cloud provider we looking for exactly right thanks for the comment Dave is this better can you hear me now I change a bunch of stuff I CLI a bunch of stuff it's not awful like it was but it's not awesome either I don't know what is going on with you dude all good so looking ahead to next right so we're we're three weeks away from this is the show before the show if

you will right so Google next Google next so it's in so a couple things I've been to a bunch of these uh uh and this is the first one in Vegas um which is kind of cool um last I heard uh there's going to be North of 60 or 70,000 people dude every time you say a number it gets bigger yeah yeah last a couple weeks ago I heard it was like 40 45 or something now it's like North to 60 or north to 70 I forget which number it was either way that's a lot of people um and that's a lot of customers that's

a lot of Partners um so obviously the big story and headline um just from you know the website and registrations is uh geni uh we're going to have a few things that we're going to talk about there uh in collaboration with the product and Engineering teams um the stuff that gets me real excited is going to be uh a lot of the infrastructure you know as part of our partnership we are essentially an extension of the product and engineering team which we talk to regularly and we're building stuff rapidly so there'll be a lot of new uh infrastructure announcements well you'll see our little ciq

logo right there which should be kind of cool um and I can't release those yet but uh stay tuned those will be on April 9th 10th or 11th I have to figure out what day those are going out um which will Bey pretty pretty awesome in the world of high performance Computing underneath geni um there's going to be some pretty big announcements that we're part of um which will be again back to that kind of day one availability um so think of it as you know we're working with Google they're building a lot of new engines and we're putting the race car around it for

a lot of big compute intensive workloads uh and obviously that has applic for gener of AI related to those applications as well which will be pretty cool that very cool yeah and for anyone watching and listening if you want to come chat with us see what's the latest uh as the news comes out uh we will be at I think it's Booth 231 that's right sounds right along with our partners um so we're coordinating efforts with a lot of the uh the SI and channel Partners out there both software and hardware isvs and hivs so you'll actually see us at a lot of different parties

because of these collaborations where the partner is is building something for a customer and they need our Engine with Google okay we're going to go do that so you'll actually see us all over the place which will be pretty cool but our our Central Booth is on the main floor uh we're a velocity partner this year at Booth 231 and actually we've got some good giveaways too I'm trying to remember what what we're giving away do you remember Zan wasn't it uh were you giving a stream away one day de and uh what was the other one it it was a DJI drone it was

a Dr yeah yeah any yeah steam deck mini drone that's right dude mini drones are so cool wait does it have a camera on it of course of course that you have a rental car you can just drive out in the middle of the desert in Arizona or in NADA and just take off how far it will go so my dog took off off running into the hills after a coyote one time and my neighbor grabbed his drone and we like went up because we had like hills for whatever miles and miles and we went up and we could totally see her because she was

like white and all like the tan Hills awesome so here's a little map you guys yes this is a map of Google NS so if you come in the front doors here at the bottom kind of take a left work your way around 231 Booth is right there ciq can you zoom in I want to make sure I got the number right it's 2:30 or 231 I can't remember now there's been to going on it's 231 AES call earlier and there's one customer that's sending almost 80 people from One customer yeah we have what people yeah they're very remote work Workforce and that that's kind

of they're using it as a team get together so they'll have their team together and they'll also be able to come meet us and it's going to be pretty fantastic yeah what's up yeah it's an awesome opportunity I mean one it's in Vegas so hotels are uh easy to get to flights are easy to get to Google Nexus is great a example as any um and then you're able to send your architecture teams to the architecture showcase you s empa teams to the infrastructure training and everything else and so it's a really good chance for actually I highly recommend for a lot of customers that

have uh the ability to take advantage of that it's pretty cool that's cool so Colin I know we people are familiar with going and grabbing and gcp of O Rocky can you talk a little bit about Marketplace kind of what that means for those who aren't necessarily familiar with Marketplace but how that helps yeah so I I'll go through kind of the good better best than like the the technical outputs from that right so you've got the highly compatible all the best things you know consistent maintenance schedule for for core Rocky limux right and and that's available all over the place in collaboration starting about

two years ago actually when I worked here and we did this with ciq what we realized was we needed an optimized version of Rocky to be effectively like the most performant across the entire Google Cloud compute infrastructure everywhere um and so that's what sparked the that partnership with us in Google uh two years ago and so what that gives us is the ability to say hey you can start testing not just for compatibility but now you can actually see the throughput uh CP utilization memory utilization of your C applications as you begin testing and developing on Google Cloud without having to do that work yourself

it's right here in the dropdown in the console and it's available on every instance types across the GCE Google compute engine portfolio then we have our Marketplace listings and again we took a very different approach which uh humorously sounds like it's been copied now in other areas with some news coming in two weeks from one of our our our biggest competitors I suppose but I'll leave that part aside and say hey we standardized on core hour pricing for a lot of good reasons so we're trying to make this the simplest easiest thing on the planet you want to take the best performance you can get

with Rocky Linux you want to get it customized to your specific needs so the specific instance type that you're running on not just broad across the entire portfolio but we're running on n2ds we're running on n1s we're running on the next day ones uh instances that are coming out in a couple weeks we will build it specifically for that and what that gets you is either enhanced uh performance across the entire fleet or it gives you lower boot times uh in a number of examples where you're moving VMS constantly and you're paying for that second whether you know it or not and when you have

a fleet of 10 or 20 or 50,000 VMS that one second adds up a lot now if I tell you that the average boot time for some of these other operating systems that are not optimized is 7 to 9 seconds and sometimes 12 or more and we're averaging under six that's multiple seconds and those multiple seconds add up so some customers that we've looked at as far as assessing again to Rose's point the uh what does po optimization mean saving every second for some customers can save upwards of 30k per VM now when you look at that um at that math it kind of hurts

my head too to think about but when you're deploying from let's say 100,000 C so or let's just say from like 2,000 VMS a day and then the market turns on and then you go from 2,000 to 10,000 and then back down think about how many seconds that is for every single VM that loads and now do that across the 8,000 plus hours of the year yeah adds it pretty quick so we have our Marketplace listings that put that all into one single skew and then from a budgetary standpoint we can standardize that as private offers so so whether your environment's doing this over the

year or you're in the middle of a migration that goes like this as far as Cloud spend we will do this as far as the overall Bill both for support customization everything and I think the advertised price is 4 cents a core hour not very much and that's because again we've automated our build process we're a lean company and we're mostly built with Engineering in mind so we're just trying to provide the best service to customers thanks appreciate it yeah I know a lot of people don't necessarily know they have access to something like a private offer so I think that's maybe they do maybe

talk about yeah I think a lot of customers that I talked to especially when we do we've done a lot of these inperson events lately Zayn right they still understand the the leverageable benefits of marketplace in general right like wait a second I can use 50% of my committed spend to buy software on the marketplace yes I can use my the as part of my agement the credits that c that I've been issued as a customer for that year for the underlying infrastructure to run that software yes wait a second that is the best way for a lot of customers and I think we're going

to see that uh honestly so if if Cloud spending globally is like this according to Gartner which is going to grow somewhere around 23 25% this year and then software spending is let's say 33% and that's not just SAS that's just overall software to run the environments that they p paying for so this is like this growth curve is like the hardware side of cloud this growth curve is the software to operate on cloud my prediction is Marketplace is going to be even more vertical because that's the fastest way for a lot of customers to deploy to try before they buy and to get the

best deal and to leverage the size of the first two of their software and Cloud spend with those Cloud providers so if you haven't looked at Marketplace as a customer highly recommend that you do and take an inventory of what you've got in your current uh environments and then start measuring that against what you could be spending or where it could be deployed that might actually yield cost Savings in itself and if you have questions or you want us to talk through it with you give us a call give us a call Happy Love talk through that with you have a couple questions I want

to throw these up from Maxine yeah yeah yeah sure aha Colin not really familiar with the technical aspects of moving virtual machines between servers can you explain roughly how that works oh man so there's a lot of areas for this but uh to be honest when we're talking in the cloud um there's things that you can control and there's things that you don't control and so when I uh Loosely mentioned that we build optimized Rocky Linux across all Cloud providers and we build it to their unique specifications the networking construct for both for traditional network uh both digital and physical and then into the hypervisor

is very different in each Cloud now there's some commonalities but in many cases they it's a different approach with different parameters and everything else and so in a lot of sense you don't know actually if you're using a shared or non-dedicated PM that may be operating anywhere uh it'll be within a specific region uh but you won't be able to point at like the the specific server that's on there right like like you couldn't just walk into a Data Center and be like okay my this is this application this is this data that's not really possible in the cloud and that's due to the economies

of scale that they operate across their hypervisor then the second piece is if we're looking at moving uh machines between servers you can do that within an availability domain you can do that within availability Zone you can do that even in different VM families so you'd be able to get kind of essentially from bottom up this is the region I want to operate in this is the instance type or availability domain that I want to set up so kind of what the the network or subnet is set up as and then this is the car I want to drive that's in there and so that's

kind of the the B the most basic form I think I can to describe that without walking through a bunch of technical jargon if that makes sense it's a great question Maxine yeah thank you for the question if you have something else you would like to ask or more more detail you would like feel free to ask it or again Reach Out private conversation with you no and the best part about what I just said too is you don't need to take my word for it all the clouds are set up for you know testing uh you can get I think $300 in credits uh

to start testing that right now and if you want to deploy a VM you can just simply slide a credit card you can get started in seconds and then figure out which VM you want to operate on it's not that expensive if you're just doing basic testing either it's actually kind of fun that is fun there's also a lot of different ways you can go about moving an on-prem VM to Cloud rebuild copying the image yeah ways to do it lot of bad ways to do it yeah if if we went down that path Z that would be that's a webinar in itself we can

go over like the horror stories of the the five RS rehosting reat for R re architect you all that stuff that's very unique and that was very I don't know 2016 of us you know and that's not exactly the way that we we recommend doing a lot of things now was very very expensive and very time consuming didn't always lead to cost savings either no no we did not most most cases it actually led to an increase in cost without anybody planning for it so thank you so what what else are we looking for at next other than meeting with customers making some announcements I

think there's going to be a lot of things that I'm interested to go see from other vendors some of our partners that are also going to be announcing stuff what are you looking forward to Colin yeah honestly um having gone to a number of events last year it's just really good to be back in person like I I I don't know if that's just unique to me or or anyone else but like there there the funniest part I was at a Google event so I'm down at at Google headquarters you know honestly probably more now than when I was an employee which is really funny

but getting a chance to meet people because we did this all this way and I worked with them for years and we never met in person like that's what I'm looking forward to the most I have a list a short list of people that I know are going that we've been texting and I'm like I can't wait to see you but that's that's for me personally on the second side um you know I think we're we're at this inflection point again where you know for the early 2010s let's say up until probably just five or six years ago the there was not enough evidence for

some people to really understand that like the growth of plow was here to stick right that it was okay and and arguably even more secure and more performant to move your workloads from on premise and your eminent domain to the cloud now what we're seeing is the rapid acceleration of that following the pandemic and following a lot of Investments also uh you know both we can get into finances but also it's really about energy costs in some areas where customers that are in their DCS their biggest cost is not new servers or new racks or the Personnel it's the billing of how much they have

to pay in energy consumption which is all rolled into now as a capex to Opex Dynamic to move those things to the cloud and so I think that's actually further accelerating and so that next inflection point then is if all those things are deemed true now we're looking at general of AI to then okay I'm already moving these things how can I maximize both my investment in that how can I maximize my business performance you know my time to Market my agility with my customers or you know in my industry uh what my competitors are doing all those types of things and so I think

the hockey sticks like I said all those curves I've been talking about are going to get even steeper and so what I'm most interested in from a per a profession level is one what are the Enterprise use cases both in private and public sector that are real that customers are using for right now and not just in the cloud providers offerings but then all these wonderful startups that have found an extreme use case that they're building and then seeing those live and you know walking through the the poc's and the demos and then second to that um in our world where we operate across Mass

infrastructure for major C customers and all verticals and all Industries what use cases aren't being served so in other words um we're looking at the the end of the application Paradigm to then attach and bolt-on AI here to get certain outputs from it but what Readiness did they need to go through to get there and one of the the reports I read that I think was uh and again I think we shared all these during the optimization call last month but we can put those out there again U is this list of 25 analyst reports but the one number I saw that kind of con

concerned me about a lot of this was I think it was Gartner or maybe it was Forester and if I got that wrong I'm sorry but it was that 4% of current cloud data is is the is it available to then be transformed and utilized by AI 4% so if you're actually trying to maximize your throughput and use the oil the oil that you've created from all the data that you've aggregated over the past decade or two decades right it's not in a usable format yet to be really achiev the business outcomes that a lot of customers are looking for so I want to see

if that's proven right or if there's so there's so much Ma critical mass behind it that customers are adopting anyway and they they'll figure that part out which is a really interesting way to do it I'm going to fix and rebuild and retool my application knowing that there's you know gold in the mountain over here somewhere instead of starting here and then making it easier to move over there that's an interesting number because you start thinking about the way that I mean how much have we invested in data scientists in the last 10 years to kind of pair that data down that make it usable

and we're not using the data that just makes me wonder how much is still trash like why are we not using it that's crazy well and and collecting it for the sake of collecting it right Absolut think it more like B to C not less so on B2B B2B I think you've got a lot more finite examples that you can look at that are common place across that but in BC I mean there's a lot of interesting data that you have but I don't know how useful most of it actually is is I keep going back to thinking there there was a use case that

I've worked on in the past where they're collecting 10,000 data points a second per sensor per say car and there's 10,000 sensors on every car I mean there's so much data coming in that yeah is it even usable or does it even make sense to keep that much data why no I mean that's interesting no but you think about that it's not I don't think it's out of place to think of this as like the next Industrial Revolution and I mean that like it sounds kind of crazy and like it's out here and I'm probably not the only one who thinks that way but um

I think there's a world of good that can be created by a lot of the things that people are coming out with and our role in that hopefully is to you know power the next generation of all AI services that are out there by giving them the race cars or the superpowered engines that they need with every cloud provider so it's it's gonna be really fun to see how this all this stuff comes together starting with next in three weeks but also through the rest of 24 it's gonna be pretty cool absolutely it's very cool Rose what are you looking forward to people talking to

people yeah I mean I do I do love talking with people and seeing our customers and seeing how excited they get when there's a solution to whatever problem that they are having and like we can provide that solution I mean we have lots of different solutions so that's cool me obviously today we're like specifically talking about Cloud optimization and you know Google next and how exciting that is um so col I just really want to thank you for for sharing all of this all of your enthusiasm and all of your excitement and all of your experience that you have had in this area and allowing

us just to like pick your brain and ask you questions and kind of follow along on like where you're like we're going over here and um it's just I mean it's the same but it's different you know it's kind of like what we've already been doing but it also is it's it's just an an enhancement so it's very exciting I've never been to a Google next I can't imagine 60,000 people in one room all geeking out on cloud optimization but like it that I don't think it's GNA be 60,000 because it was 30,000 and couple weeks later 40 6 it's gonna be like 80 or

90 by the time we get there it's gonna be crazy I mean and I think the the funnest part honestly uh same thing that you're talking about There Rose you're going to be shocked at the customers that you talk to like we'll be at the booth we'll be in the hall we'll be grabbing a cup of coffee or something and you'll be standing next to the CTO of a Fortune 500 and just not know right or they'll ask questions and they'll be like oh yeah I'm so and so of a and you're like we've exchanged emails yes how's it going I know exactly what what

we're what we're talking about it's incredible and that's what I I love these events so much is it just brings everybody together and everyone's eager to learn there's like a a palpable atmosphere you know like an energy around around these types of things which is really cool um and Google puts on a fantastic show I'll be honest like uh there's a a big concert at the end uh there there's some racing events there's a bunch of startup events gen events you know anything that you're looking to learn about nothing's offw that's here and it's gonna be really cool really interesting conversation I I love to

hear the the weird use cases that people are doing like the stuff that you just don't think of and you hear you're like why it's actually pretty cool yeah I had one of those conversations this morning with another Google partner around Dr Dr in the cloud I like that's it's not a new thing but then we actually started walking turn like oh that's different yeah just I love hearing those oneoff unique use cases where there there's something there there's really not many companies that aren't in the cloud at this point at least a little bit right I mean even the ones that we talk to

that are like you know on Prem for a variety of different reasons have something somewhere that is in the cloud sure they do even if they don't know it they do that's right better about Shadow it but still well I think what's really fascinating too is like the a lot of the AI I've looked at a lot of AI architectures from startups and other things like that because of what we do right whether it's on premise or in the cloud what's been really interesting Zan I don't know if you've seen the same thing but if we looked at traditional HPC right I need my cluster

right here I need everything next to my desk it's going to take a lot of power but I need that for job scheduling across my teams and that way we can prioritize and get workflows done and here's your data back here's here's what we learned and what I've seen at least with a lot of the when you consider customers that fall into that spot and we're talking Giants amounts of of HBC investment they're making that transition pretty fast it's something I thought that would not move as quickly as it has but then we end up talking with I won't say who but a couple of

the companies that like that is their business and we're like they're like yeah we're already past the city SE the 60% Mark in Cloud spend so now the rest of our it budget is going to go towards maintenance here and acceleration here while we know this is going to grow it's fascinating and so like it's not to to Rose's Point they've already made the switch but now it's it's a Snowball Effect where it's already there and so it's they're just going to keep doubling down on that I've been really surprised by the the number of reasons they're doing it and they're not all the same

like you would assume it was cost I mean the usual things but it's not they all have a uniquely different reason for doing what they're doing but they're all headed in the same direction it's always cool to hear yeah why are you making this Choice when you did make such a massive investment in on-prem clusters mean tens of thousands of clusters or nodes in a cluster and you're you're moving that stuff so was very cool yeah but just like you said if you want something optimized or different or special or fast like putting together a new cluster and building that out is not going to

be the fastest way to get what you want done done well usually by the time you get the cluster built it's already almost obsolete I mean there's another generation of Hardware after it so yep yeah and then you got to call ciq and you got to get LTS on your operating system because nothing else works with the newer stuff and there's that so one other big thing too um so we're doing one of the official after uh next uh event so we're sponsoring with Google um a big party here in Seattle at my old office in South Lake Union uh I believe it's May 1

and that'll be a uh kind of Google next recap event for anyone that's you know in in the vicinity between Seattle and Bel wants to come up uh that'll be hosted by C2C so we'll be doing our recap of all the announcements on top of that we'll be doing Google will be walking through all of their AI uh announcements and everything else got some fun stuff um but yeah stay tuned for the next couple of weeks uh so April 9th through the 12th um I think most of the news is probably gonna happen on the 10th and 11th um and it's going to be about

compute it's going to be about optimization it's definitely going to be about HPC and Ai and Enterprise applications and uh how to secure and optimize your migrations uh for those that are still looking for you know more help and Assistance or efficient ways to do so so lots of fun stuff so when you say announcements first of all I have not gotten an invitation to that party so I am looking forward to that yeah it's on May 2nd by the way it's on second May 2nd there we go see I'm bad with dates if Jess hadn't told us I wouldn't have known either Colin so

good company um you said about an announcements so this is making me excited that there's going to be some new stuff like do people often wait until Google next to like announce whatever cool stuff that they're working on or doing it's the big event yeah um Google's gotten really really good at this uh kind of like you know other companies that have these massive unveils like here's the new phone or the new car or whatever um it's some of these are that level where there will be some some headlines coming out which would be pretty cool and we're excited to be a part of it

um it's been in some areas we've been working directly with the teams for multiple years some cases we've been working with them hand inand uh co-developing some things over the past uh well actually over 12 months actually yeah most of these have been in place under locking key for a while so it's GNA be really cool to finally see these out in the open and then we'll be able to talk publicly about them and be like yeah hey we're not just a partner Google's a customer and here's what we do for them and here's what we can do for you right so um yeah announcements

there'll be PRS coming out uh which every we'll see we'll put our own out with um you know a lot of the followup on there and I think it'll be exciting time for everybody and there's too many people to than that have been involved so I'll just say thank you to everyone that's been working on this ciq Google uh a couple customers and partners that have helped out with feedback uh Kudos thank you oh I love it and thank you Colin because you're right here in my face and I get to say it directly to you so thanks for all the work that you put
