Meet CIQ Stratum Pro

A new way to run Kubernetes: Meet CIQ Stratum Pro

Register now

Running Kubernetes usually means assembling about ten components, dreading every upgrade, and switching tools to see more than one cluster. CIQ Stratum Pro puts the whole lifecycle in one binary on the Rocky Linux you already run. Chris Wolford, CIQ's Director of Engineering, takes a CIQ Stratum Kubernetes Engine (SKE) cluster from a single download to a high availability install, joins it to the Stratum Pro fleet manager, puts an AI agent on it through the built-in Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, and upgrades it to the next Kubernetes version while it keeps running. Thirty minutes, one cluster, start to finish. Bring questions to the chat.

What you'll see

  • Install a high availability cluster from one binary on Rocky Linux.
  • Join that cluster to the Stratum Pro fleet manager and work it from the web console.
  • Connect an AI agent through the MCP server, read-only until you say otherwise.

Speakers

  • Chris Wolford, Director of Engineering, CIQ
