Rocky Linux 8.7 Updates
On November 14, 2022, Rocky Linux 8.7 was released. One of the most significant changes from Rocky Linux 8.6 to 8.7 is that OCP images have been created and released.
- RSA keys that are shorter than 1023 bits will no longer be supported by NSS
- SSG has been rebased to 0.1.63
- NetworkManager rebased to 1.40
- New module streams are available
- New compiler toolset versions are available
- Rocky Linux images are available on OCP
- SSSD now supports direct integration with Windows Server 2022
- Images are now available for new and existing cloud platforms
- LimitRequestBody directive in httpd has been changed from unlimited to 1GiB to fix CVE-2022-29404
